Currently Air Zimbabwe is structured into four divisions which are Marketing and Operations, Engineering,National Handling Services and Finance. These are headed by Divisional Directors. The Chief Internal Auditor and Company Secretary are also part of this Executive Management which is answerable to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors.

National Handling Services, also located at Harare International Airport,has 329 employees and handles Air Zimbabwe and other airline passenger, traffic and Cargo. Galileo Zimbabwe the first subsidiary is located at Bryaston House in the centre of the Capital.
